Our software products are designed for gaming purposes on private servers with your friends. deluxegame is not responsible if you use our software products for other purposes. Our software products are permitted to run on only one personal computer per customer. Our system is based on several parts of your computer (processor, memory, hard drive, etc.) to generate a unique hardware ID. The user has the right to request a hardware ID reset to use our software products on another personal computer. If the license is provided to another user, the license will be annulled, and the user will be banned from our store. We are NEVER responsible after the transaction is completed (bans/num locks/failed switches/etc.). Nothing obligates the management of deluxegame to any refunds or compensation. Do not blame us if your account gets banned; you are responsible for its full security. However, we will never intentionally block or cancel an account upon sale. Payment Policy: Fraudulent payments from an account sending money without the account owner's consent or any types of fraud will result in your account being immediately disabled, permanently deleted, and/or subject to legal action. We do not allow users to share or resell their accounts; this will result in your account being instantly disabled or permanently deleted. Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed, but we are not obligated to provide them. We have a good tracking system, so only our tracking system can inform us if the license has been used. If you have used our software; we may, but are not obligated to, refund your money. Users are not entitled to refunds using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Compensation may be made through store credit. Authentication: Interfering with our client software to bypass any security mechanism or disassemble our client software will result in your account being disabled, permanently terminated, and/or subject to legal action.
